An uncommon foam roller exercise

Use the roller under your heels and lift your butt up and roll it back and forth towards your butt. Make sure you keep your toes facing the ceiling and don’t turn your legs in word or outward ​

Leg strength for life! 

What a fun but effective way to improve your leg strength and balance using your kids as variable resistance. Fairly challenging but the good news is you’ll get stronger as they grow!:) 

Do you really need to stretch all your muscles? Not necessarily! Some people are already flexible enough in some muscles. A physical therapist can tell you which ones are most important for your body. Usually the quadriceps and calves are most important

What do you need more of- strength, flexibility, stamina, power?

​It really depends on your body and what your goals are. A professional evaluation by an orthopedic physical therapist can  determine where your deficits are and then give you strategies to work on those goals. Everyone needs at least one but usually multiple categories addressed. You may be wasting time pursuing one category when you should be focused on another.
